This is the only patch of snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis) recorded, so far as I know, in Brede High Woods. It is in the north eastern corner of Coneyburrow Wood just over the gate from Powdermill Lane. This situation almost certainly means that it has originated from garden waste deposited there as it is not thought to be native anywhere in the British Isles.
