Yeo Valley Woodland from the top of the hill

Uploader's Comments

Yeo Valley Woodland, taken from the top of the hill. This is a woodland area on the edge of Barnstaple, behind Silverwood Heights, created with the help of local schoolchildren and residents. Criss-crossed with paths it is a pleasant peaceful haven for butterflies, insects and an ideal spot for the dog to run free. The view is right out over Barnstaple, and out to the coast. The land on the horizon is Braunton Burrows and saunton. The faint headland in the mist is Hartland Point, 21 miles away
