Willa Water, Shetland Islands

Loch of Funzie

Uploader's Comments

An unremarkable stretch of water but famous for its nesting birds. The magnet that draws visitors to the Island of Fetlar. A loch that is not a RSPB reserve. The RSPB has two reserves on Fetlar - the Mires of Funzie and the large tract of moorland and coastline in the north of the island to which access is prohibited in the summer.
