View westward from B1155 road at former level-crossing of the ex-M&GN main line, South Lynn etc. - Melton Constable etc., closed to passengers 2/3/59 but goods traffic continued South Lynn - East Rudham until 6/5/68 and called here until 13/4/65. The station had been the M&GN's 'Royal' station for Sandringham House.
