Whale Geo, Shetland Islands

View across Scat Ness to Lady's Holm

Uploader's Comments

The low lying ground nearest the camera in this image is the southern part of Scat Ness, a promontory of southern Mainland, Shetland. Beyond it the low lying island is Lady's Holm (HU375096). The smaller islet of Little Holm appears to merge with Scatness and is only just discernable. In the distance on the right of the image, rise the cliffs of Fitful Head.
