As promised at [[[5402586]]] on a different road in the area, surface dressing has taken place, with marked differences between drivers in relation to the speed limit. Many private cars are observing it, but most commercial vehicles, including buses, are comfortably exceeding the normal speed limit, which is 30. I didn't spot any shattered windscreens, though.
