The Allt an Tiadhain falls less steeply than many of the streams crashing down from the Laggan Deer Forest onto the Mull coast. At its outflow is a small shingle beach that offers a possible landing for a sea kayak, and there are even a few level grassy spots for a tent, but it is, perhaps too close to a more sheltered and bigger landing beach (at Port Ohirnie a short way SW) to be thought worth choosing by most people sea kayaking along this coast.
