This is the footpath which leads from the village of Sissinghurst through Birch Wood and across Crane Brook to Chapel Lane, near Golford. This is the entrance to Birch Wood, although the Crane Brook has swamped large parts of the woodland ahead - see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3833024 and http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3833134
