Carved stone post by the A67, in parish of WESTWICK (TEESDALE District), Darlington Road, 40m W of West Whorley Hill Farmhous, 300m E of jct with Mount Eff Road, well down banking, on South side of road. BC/D stone Erected by the Stockton & Barnard Castle turnpike trust in the 19th century.
