This was meant to be of the site of the former Ecclefechan station, but I got it slightly wrong, the station (closed 13/6/60) having been about half a mile behind me here. It was on the main ex-Caledonian Carlisle - Glasgow line, which is right underneath but not visible in this scene. Dominating is the A74 in process of conversiom to a motorway (A74(M). Ecclefechan village is over to the right with Lynmoor Hill behind.
