This is part of Norfolk Wildlife Trust's Thorpe Marshes Nature Reserve. The open water is dominated by ivy-leaved duckweed and frogbit, with a luxuriant fringing vegetation of purple loosestrife, hemp agrimony, meadowsweet, branched bur-reed, common valerian and many others....
