Dating in the most part from the 17th century, and given a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101228395-boswell-farmhouse-sidmouth#.WYwBa1V96M8 in 1951. The farm also has an unusual listed barn https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101228689-bank-barn-to-north-west-of-boswell-farmhouse-sidmouth#.WYwBlVV96M8 just to the west, but this was inaccessible on the day I passed by.
