The lane to Burlawn takes a right bend at the entrance to the farm (left). Two footpaths leave from this bend; the one shown ahead, 534 5/1, has a warning notice. Although you can follow it for 300 metres to where it joins a track past farm buildings at Burlawn Farm, and a right turn there would bring you to the village of Burlawn in about 50 metres, this track is private, and a notice at the far end of it says "PRIVATE LANE NO C.C.C. FOOTPATH". A certain degree of bloodymindedness at work, it would seem.
