Remains of chapel at Port na h-Eaglaise on Nave island

Uploader's Comments

Shown in the middle of this image is Nave Island's remaining building at Port na h-Eaglaise; the ruins of a chapel. The originally abandoned building had its walls later repaired and a red brick chimney was added for kelp burning. The hill beyond the chapel and gully in the picture is the highest point on this small island (at 34 metres); a trig point (just out of shot) marks the highest point at 34 metres, this is shown in a clear image recorded by Julian Dowse [[340973]].
