The bridge crosses Hisehope Burn just before the stream enters the Hisehope Reservoir. The bridge is in a dilapidated state with a collapse of the stonework clearly seen and iron strapping holding together the rest of the structure. It seems still to be in use as an access route for a set of grouse butts uphill to the left of the image.
