Those approaching the hill from this direction will have a couple of quite steep slopes to negotiate. The small valley in the middle distance carries a bridleway from Cwm Einion to Cwm Ceulan. On this crisp January day, the hill is bathed in sunshine, but the distant Plynlimon is buried in cloud.
