This ruined fence is a boundary marker between two estates and between two former administrative (Council) districts. It now marks the boundary of the Cairngorms National Park. Guess which side is the National Park. I have mixed feelings about these ruined fences. They are litter and archaeology, ugly and useful (for navigation), intrusive and reassuring.
