This is a view of the rear of "Chislehurst's best omni-function venue and sports ground" as seen from the pavement that runs parallel with the southern side of the Sidcup By-Pass (the A211). It seems that the northern part of the former Kemnal Estate was sold to the London Dock Labour Board in 1950 by the Trustees of Stuart Kemnal
