This is between Selling and Canterbury East where the footpath to Chartham Hatch passes over the railway. The line from Faversham to Canterbury East was opened on 9th July 1860 by the London, Chatham & Dover Railway. This view looks towards Canterbury East. Langdane Wood was bisected by the railway and lies on both sides of the tracks.
