The building featured is the locally listed former Shoreditch Constitutional Club built in 1903 to the designs of architect S.N. Cranfield, according to this http://www.hackneybuildings.org.uk/items/show/19534. This may in fact have been Sydney White Cranfield, although this has not been definitively established. The building is now in residential use.
