The Lake, is a feature of the Holkham Hall estate in Norfolk; it's an artificial feature and mainly a linear feature oriented north to south but with a curl to the east at the northern end and one to the west in the south. The image was recorded from the shore near to the western extremity of the southern end. The hall is nearby but is hidden by the trees.
