Greywell Tunnel on the Basingstoke Canal

Uploader's Comments

The tunnel is 1,23o yards long, but no longer navigable due to collapses. It is home to Britain's largest bat colony, 12,500 including all of the native species. Go at dusk to see them flying out to feed.
