View northward on what is now the A942 since the M90 motorway was built, approaching Binn from Glenfarg village. The M90 was built in the 1970s mainly on the course of the ex-North British Railway main line to Perth, between Cowdenbeath and Perth. However, this was not so along here and in 1957 the railway was on the right. (My Morris Oxford is parked in the lay-by.)
