Meikle Elrick cairn - towards Braemar

Uploader's Comments

Braemar occupies a sheltered junction of valleys - the River Dee flows essentially west to east (right to left in this picture) whilst the Clunie Water flows south (towards us) from the watershed now occupied by the ski developments at the head of Glenshee. The village sits more or less on the confluence of those two rivers.
