A B&B on the corner of Ferry Lane and the High Street in Fownhope. Fownhope, despite its sleepy appearance and the fact that no one has ever heard of the place, is the birthplace of Tom Spring (born Tom Winter) a former heavyweight boxing champion from the days of bareknuckle fights. There's a memorial to hm here somewhere, but I've never had chance to find it.
