Foel Cwm-Sian Llwyd is the most northerly of the Berwyn summits south and west of the B4391. The summit has a stone-built trig point and, according to OS mapping a cairn of antiquity. On the cloud-shadowed land well beyond the summit can be seen a structure which is apparently a building constructed from the stones of another ancient cairn.
