Fairgirth Hill, Carlisle

Estate and forestry road in Bainloch Deer Park

Uploader's Comments

A muddy estate road rising through forestry on the south side of Fairgirth Hill, part of the 'Marilyn', Bainloch Hill. Deer of several species and feral goats visit numerous feeding locations along the road - one is visible to the left of the highest bend - and their trampling accounts in part for the state of the road.
