The house and farm buildings at Glencoul, a remote spot only easy accessible by boat. The Elliot family lived there in the early years of last century and lost two of their sons to the First World War, commemorated by a memorial nearby. The house is empty but the adjacent small house, used as a schoolroom, is now an open bothy maintained by the MBA.
