The old barn at Mill Leys has been out of use for a generation. I have been expecting it to be converted for housing eventually, and that has finally begun. The architect is Status Design of Holbeach. The barn is still owned by Grimsthorpe & Drummond Castle Trust (the Ancaster estate at Grimsthorpe Castle), but will probably be sold when conversion is compete. Work was delayed because the planning consent required alterations to a historic roof structure.
