Timber stacks beside forest roads

Uploader's Comments

At the time of submission, (April 2016), timber harvesting was going on apace in the western side of the coniferous plantations east of Loch Awe and south of Dalmally. As a result of that activity the pattern and nature of forest roads in the area has altered with heavy duty surfaces being applied and new routes installed. Evidence of the changes can be seen between the log piles in the image.
