Croglin Craig, Carlisle

Summit of Croglin Craig

Uploader's Comments

Like many of the rounded hills in this part of the world, it's hard to tell when you've reached the top. Older locals say that before the forestry Croglin had a distinctive shape as you came up the glen. Now it seems as though the trees will stay till they fall down, as the sides are too steep for harvesting.
