On a hot summer's day, sheep rest in a field on Parsonage Farm. Behind the trees on the opposite side of the field some buildings of the MOD's Warminster Training Centre can be glimpsed. Overlooking it all is the Iron Age hill fort on Battlesbury Hill where the ghosts of ancient warriors maybe look down at their modern descendants. Beyond Battlesbury, Scratchbury Hill can be seen. Photo taken from the lower slopes of Cradle Hill on the road called Elm Hill.
