This very attractive country house dates from the early 18th century and was originally the home of several generations of the Birch-Reynardson family. The present building has an elegant Regency frontage added to an earlier manor house, originally L-shaped which was typical for this part of Lincolnshire, with stables, an orangery, dovecote and extensive gardens with temples built in the London-Palladian style.
