Interesting supplemental information, I asked my neighbour, who is fluent in the Welsh language to translate the wording for me, and He was somewhat intrigued, and had to go online to enquire further, apparently the plaque refers to " School revolt in Llandecwyn Wesleyan chapel vestry in 1906, in response to the Balfour Education Act"
