From its junction with the minor road [[4543611]] which runs past Nether Pratis Farm the B927 (Cupar Road) heads towards Leven. Two oil drilling rigs can be seen in the estuary (it is not uncommon to see oil rigs ''parked'' in the sheltered waters of the Forth Estuary when they are between jobs or due for refit) and the poly-tunnels of the fruit farm at Blacketyside can also be seen in the left distance. Just visible in the right distance is the huge assembly shed of Burntisland Fabrications in the Fife Energy Park with the Samsung Heavy Industries experimental wind turbine [[4460289]] close by.
