The Pictish symbol stone of the 7th or 8th century that stands by the roadside at Tote. Contributor John Allan described the fence as 'an abomination' back in 2006, but since then it has become worse as the top rail has been replaced making viewing even more difficult. Surely there should be some way of both showing this ancient stone off as well as protecting it from animals?
