This is taken from a footpath between Pett Bottom Road and Crows Camp Road. It passes through Avenue Wood, which here is little more than a woodland strip, then turns left just ahead to go downhill to Crows Camp Road. There was much logging going on here and at the nearby Gorsley Wood, hence the muddy tyre tracks.
