The cairn in the photo marks the highest point of the Corbett of Rois-bheinn. There was once a trig point at this spot - no longer - there are however fragments of rough concrete within the cairn which if not part of the pillar itself are likely to be remnants of the 'skirting' of its base. The mountain top distant is the lower W. top of Rois-bheinn.
