Temporary Islands in Startops Reservoir

Uploader's Comments

These two islands may represent the remains of hedgerow banks from before the reservoir was built. Normally they would be many feet under water, and when the water level was at its minimum they were just part of the mud flats. For a few days, and the reservoir starts to refill, they became very low islands.
