The Isle of Skye is enjoying a particularly fine spring this year. This evening view is taken within the woodland east of Dunvegan Castle. The woodland contains both deciduous and coniferous trees, and has been thinned, some years ago. Many self-planted young trees are currently growing up beneath their mature parents.
