Both the Wealdway and Greensand Way follow this track, the Wealdway on its route from Gravesend to Eastbourne and the Greensand Way from Haslemere to the edge of Romney Marsh. For just over a mile at West Peckham they follow the same route. This is the view from Matthews Lane, which both paths follow, of East Lodge which was presumably a lodge for Oxen Hoath Park.
