Fleet Common, Dorset

Church of the Holy Trinity - Fleet

Uploader's Comments

This church was built by the Reverend George Gould in 1826 to the Gothic Revival designs of William Strickland. It was the replacement of the original church built nearer the coast and destroyed in the great storm of 1824. The church was dedicated to the Holy Trinity by the Bishop of Bristol on 25 August 1829.
