Brocton Camp (I-Lines) Ancillary Building - Door threshold

Uploader's Comments

WW1 raised hut base for standard 'Armstrong' wooden hut 60'x20' (18.3x6.1m) with brick threshold to central doorway at roadway (West) end. The ground is built up approximately 700mm at the East end with stepped threshold to central doorway. This building appears to be a later addition for the New Zealand Rifle Brigade (1917-1919) between the CO HQ Building and the Officers Quarters.
