Forest track down by Clove Stell, Cloich

Uploader's Comments

The track makes a straight descent to the forest road between Shiplaw and Noblehouse. 'Stell' can mean a shelter for sheep, either a drystane enclosure or a clump of trees, so it is likely that the name harks back to the days when this was open hillside.
