This photo shows the Hampden Chapel which was opened in the mid-1960s. It has seating for 60 people with extra room for standing at the back, and another 24 seats in the organ gallery. It takes its name after John Hampden, the Buckinghamshire parliamentarian who was mortally wounded in the English Civil War during the 1640s. The Milton Chapel, adjacent to it was opened in 2007.
