Owston Ferry (or West Ferry), small town, Owston par., Lincolnshire, in Isle of Axholme, on river Trent, 3½ miles SE. of Epworth and 7 miles N. of Gainsborough; P.O., T.O. Brewing, boatbuilding, brick and tile making, ropemaking, and sacking and sailcloth making, are carried on. There is some trade in cattle.
