Lunan, par. with ry. sta, (Lunan Bay), Forfarshire, 5 miles SW. of Montrose and 8½ NE. of Arbroath, 1910 ac., pop. 243; Lunan Water rises in Rescobie Loch, and flows 13 miles E. to Lunan Bay; Lunan Bay extends 3 miles N. and S. from Bodden Point to Lang Craig; near the sta. is Lunan House, seat.
