South Tank Wood, Carlisle

Dry stone wall with leaning gate

Uploader's Comments

The wall bounds the south side of a minor road north of Derwent Reservoir. The ground immediately in front of the camera position is mapped by the OS as being part of a coniferous plantation; if so it's been clear-felled. At the centre of the image there is a plantation with standing trees - Square Plantation.
