Church of All Saints, Old Byland

Uploader's Comments

Dating back to pre-Norman times, this church has undergone many alterations over the centuries. Much of the stone work is early Norman in style, but it was partly rebuilt in the 14th or 15th centuries. After the roof began to give way in the 1970s the church was briefly abandoned before undergoing a full restoration in 1981.
