Summit of Healabhal Bheag

An Archaeological Survey of the Orbost Estate, published 1998, describes the nearer structure as a 'shelter'. It can certainly get pretty breezy on the very flat top of this 489 metre hill (the highest point in Duirinish). So it is a welcome place to sit a while and recover from the steep climb to get here. The distant structure is an OS trig point, surrounded by a loose cairn of rocks.
